FALLEN SWORD PLANT FARMING GUIDE
Plant farming is the killing of monsters for only their resource drops, completely ignoring experience gain. These rare plants are usually sold to potion brewers or used by the farmer himself.
People farm plants mostly for money and fsp. It is not uncommon for a plant farmer to make thousands of coins per day regardless of their combat level.

SECTION 1
Requirements
As you know, You have to be above a minimum level in order to get into some 'level locked' areas. At level 15 you get access to the Caves which contains the lowest leveled creature that can be farmed, Lesser Fire Demon.
Some money!
Used to buy potion and for repairs, refer to the table below for the price of the potions.

Section 2
Find Item Buffs
Plants are rare! so before you start farming make sure that you have a Find Item buff which will increase the chances of you finding an item by 0.1% per point. The minimum requirement is Find Item 100 which will add a 10% chance but it is strongly recommended that you get a higher FI.

SECTION 3
Buyers
Without buyers, you are doomed!.You can either get a player to buy plants directly off you through a secure trade or more commonly in the auction house. If your selling your plants on the auction house, Check the demands first. If the demand for that plant is high then start farming it else don't.
The tips below may not be 100% accurate, It depends on your luck aswell .
How to know when the Demand is Low
1 . There are people 'dumping' plants at very low price.
2 . Plants are taking a long time to sell at average or cheap price.
> Some plants have under 30-50 minutes left on their auction and still no one is buying.
3 . People are selling plants in the shoutbox.
4 . There is alot of plants in the auction house.
5 . There's very little people online. ( Under 1K )
How to know when the Demand is High
1 . People are buying plants for their average or high price.
2 . The auction time of an average priced plant will not go under 45-50 minutes.
3 . There is alot of people online ( 2K + )
4 . People are buying plants in the shoutbox.
5 . The USA is awake !
The demand for plants will strongly affect your profit but fortunately you'll always end up making just about enough money to cover your expenses if you happen to farm at the wrong time.

SECTION 8
Profits
It depends on your luck, but you'll almost never leave a hunt without making profit if it was planned properly.

SECTION 9
Multi-tasking
In simple terms this is playing the game with more than one browser tab open and reacting fast enough to do almost 2 things at the same time.
This is especially useful if you have a slow internet connection but remember to close unneeded tabs as it may end up slowing you down rather than helping you.
I use firefox and my tabs are arranged like this while farming:
A Tab..
1 . Containing my auctions.
2 . Resource section of the auction house.
3 . My Inventory / Profile.
4 . World Map.
You can bookmark links in the game to make it easier for you. Things like accessing your profile, getting to the drop item menu or the auction house can be reduced from 2-3 to 1 click.
A bookmark button to..
1 . Get to the drop item menu.
--- A description of each.
1 . My auctions.
To keep track on the plants that i'm selling for me to know when I can sell additional plants, as the auction space is rather limited.
2 . Resource section of the auction house.
To see which plants other people are selling, it gives me a real time update on the demand of that plant. If the demand are high then i'll know
that I should increase the price on my next auction.
3 . My Inventory / Profile.
To see if my inventory is full / empty / contains junk / plants.
4 . World Map.
Navigating around, Killing stuff.
5 . Bookmark button.
Yep, A bookmark button to the drop item menu. It's shorter than going to your profile > Manage.
-- How to effectively kill creatures while farming.
You can use a single tab for killing creatures or use my method;
When attacking a creature you should use the middle mouse button ( In firefox or chrome ). This will open the link in a new background tab and while the attack tabs are loading you can move to another location on the world map and quickly navigate through the tabs to see if you have gotten anything, closing each one of them as you go along until you get back to your world map where hopefully more monsters will be waiting.
* This technique can also be used while powerleveling as the middle mouse button can close a tab aswell.
-- A farmers routine.
1 : Move on the map.
1 : Attack creatures.
2 : Check inventory page.
1 : Delete junk as needed.
3 : Sell plants if you have an auction space.
1 : Then do step 1.
4 : Check your auctions to see if it has completed.
1 : If you have more plants to sell do Step 3 else Do Step 1.
2 : If your plants are not selling, check the resource section page.
3 : If you plants are selling too fast it means that your price is too low or it's all good .
4 : If their not selling then your price is too high or there is no demand.
-- What NOT to do.
- Waiting for your inventory to fill up before selling it in the AH. ( Unless you have a secure trade buyer )
- Letting your inventory fill with junk.
- Corrupt the market.
-Selling plants for outrageous / Extremely low prices.
-Huge price margins. 1 - 20,000.
-Wait too long on a secure trade.
-Know when to put a long auction time. Usually it should be only 1 hour. For your final inventory of plants you can increase the auction time to 8 or 12 hours
Example
While hunting I was selling my plants for 13K - 14K to get rid of it quickly.
For my last inventory I'll sell it for 15K+ as you have the time to wait until your stamina recharges.
Tips:
-Get a trusted guild mate or a trusted friend to hold gold while you hunt. Preferably a higher level.
- Plan the hunt ahead: For low stamina go to the map where you're going to hunt and wait until the stamina bar is full.
- For limited BP spaces, If have items in BP (e.g. temporally Stam boost items) put them in AH for 1 hour before hand, so they end up in Item Mail box while you hunt
-See if you can find out when a potion maker are making potions.
